Campsite/Caravan Park Bookings
All bookings must be made via telephone on 01792 371218. We will be accepting bookings for next year Monday-Friday from 4th January 2010 from 9.30am-12.30pm only (until the site opens April 1st when reception will then be open from 9am-5pm).
Please note that all bookings will require a £20 deposit per unit booked and per stay booked. Once you have booked, we will send you a receipt/ confirmation slip, which must be brought to reception upon arrival.It is highly recommended that you book as soon as possible, as we are always fully booked during the main school holidays and weekends. We require 3 nights minimum for school summer holidays bookings and bank holiday bookings. *We require 2 nights minimum for weekend bookings.
Full payment is required upon arrival, and no refunds are offered ( as regards deposits nor the full payment ) for any portion of the holiday, under any cicumstances. Cancellation of a booking is also required 7 days prior to arrival. Full terms and conditions are available upon request, by contacting our office at (01792) 371218, which is open usual working hours during the main season (1.e. 9am-5.30pm 7 days a week April-October).

- All pitches for all nights booked must be paid for in full upon arrival. Sorry but as previously stated we do not give refunds.
- Please note as of January 4th 2010 , all bookings will be required to pay a booking deposit per pitch booked and per stay booked. This must be paid at the time of booking either by debit card (no surcharge) or by credit card (3% surcharge incurred)

DIRECTIONS
From the M4 exit a junction 42 onto the A483 to Swansea, along Fabian Way. At the traffic lights over the River Tawe, bear left onto the A4067 signposted South Gower & Port Eynon. Follow this road for aproximately 3.5 miles to Blackpill. Look out for the Woodman Pub on your right – at this point you should be in the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights onto the B4436 again sign-posted South Gower & Port Eynon. Stay on this road until you reach Pennard Church (approximately 4 miles). At this junction turn right and then next left onto the A4118 for 2.5 miles. Penmaen is situated between the villages of Parkmill and Nicholaston and our park is sign-posted on your left hand side as you enter Penmaen.
